NATTA President Kumar Mani Thapaliya Appointed to Global UFTAA Board of Directors

KATHMANDU, NEPA . The Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) is proud to announce a historic milestone for Nepal’s travel and tourism sector. Mr. Kumar Mani Thapaliya, President of NATTA, has been officially nominated and appointed as a Director on the global Board of the United Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations (UFTAA).

Assembly Details & Global Significance

The official confirmation of the UFTAA Board’s new composition was finalized during the federation’s 2025-26 Annual General Assembly (AGA). Presided over by UFTAA President Mr. Sunil Kumar R., the assembly convened distinguished tourism leaders and delegates from across multiple continents.

Securing a Director position on this prestigious global board is a monumental achievement for Nepal. It elevates NATTA’s voice onto a major international platform, reflecting both President Thapaliya’s exemplary leadership and the increasing global recognition of Nepal’s vibrant travel trade industry.
