Kathmandu . Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has handed over various rescue supplies for disaster management to the Armed Police Force Nepal.
The company’s acting CEO Kabir Phuyal handed over the materials to Armed Police Force Additional Inspector General Ganesh Bahadur Thada Magar during a program organized at the Armed Police Force Nepal Headquarters on July 2.
The donated materials include 7 rolls of dynamic rope, 7 rolls of static rope, 70 locking carabiners, 14 throw bags, and 60 paddles.
At the program, Additional Inspector General of the Armed Police Force, Ganesh Bahadur Thada Magar, expressed his belief that the materials received as assistance will enhance the efficiency of the disaster relief team and help save people’s lives in difficult situations.
Similarly, Kabir Phuyal, CEO of Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, said that the company’s objective is to provide support to security personnel deployed on the front lines during disasters under the slogan of security preparedness under corporate social responsibility.
