Kathmandu. Coca-Cola Nepal officially kicked off its highly anticipated FIFA campaign, bringing together some of the country’s most celebrated names from sport and entertainment at an event held in the capital. The event unveiled Coca-Cola Nepal’s newest Brand Ambassador, Coke + FIFA’s stars, audio and visuals for Coke Nepal + FIFA campaign, and the first look at the limited-edition official Coca-Cola FIFA packs that fans will soon see in the market.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Ajay Konale, Managing Director of Bottlers Nepal shared: “This campaign is more than just a celebration of football; it is about bringing the global magic of FIFA into the lives of our Nepali consumers and celebrating alongside them. Through our exclusive FIFA Coca-Cola packs, exciting activations, and the many surprises we have planned, we hope to create memorable experiences that our consumers will truly enjoy. Beyond driving brand love, this campaign reinforces Coca-Cola’s role as an essential part of every fan’s celebration and shared moments of joy.”

The event’s headline announcement was the official appointment of Pradeep Khadka, one of the most recognised faces in Nepali cinema as Coca-Cola Nepal’s newest brand ambassador. Khadka addressed the assembled media following the announcement, sharing his excitement about joining the Coca-Cola family, “It’s a proud moment for me to join this brand, and I want to say a huge thank you to the team for having me. I really believe in what we’re doing together, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Coca-Cola also introduced three prominent icons as the faces of the campaign: celebrated footballers of the Nepal national football team, Anjan Bista and Anjana Rana Magar, alongside the talented actress Swastima Khadka. The three stars took to the stage to share their experiences and the shared joy that football brings to the nation.

The event concluded with a first look at the new FIFA-themed packaging and a series of screenings, including the official Coke Anthem and the FIFA World Cup TVC, followed by the FIFA Promotional ad.

Coca-Cola’s association with FIFA is among the longest-standing partnerships in global sport, with a formal relationship dating back to 1974 and official FIFA World Cup sponsorship since 1978. In Nepal, the brand has been a constant presence for more than 50 years; in celebrations, communities, and everyday life across the country. The latest campaign aims to integrate the global legacy with the passion of Nepali fans through the universal language of football.
