On the first day of the festival, members of the media along with a few influencers, including Kichhy Vlogs, Ronit Shrestha, Blur Diet and Foodeliciousnp were invited to attend and experience the “Flavours of Thailand” culinary journey at Edamame, Kathmandu Marriott Hotel.
The event features Chef Nattawud Rueangsamut, popularly known as Chef Aon, from Marriott North Pattaya. With over 19 years of culinary experience spanning Thai, Cantonese, Italian, French, Japanese, and modern Asian fusion cuisine, Chef Aon brings creativity and precision to every dish, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience rooted in quality and authenticity.
Patrons can look forward to a menu that brings together the familiar tastes of Thai cooking, from light seafood starters to rich curries and fragrant rice dishes. Standout dishes include Pla Salmon, Lobster Tom Yum, and Pad Kra Pao, each dish is prepared with herbs and spices, giving the food its warm, comforting, and authentic Thai flavour. Complementing the food is the selection of Thai inspired drinks including Siam Garden, Phuket Spice Mule, and Thai Tea Boba Cloud.
